Who We Are:
Out of the Mud Multimedia strives to use every facet of media to enhance your image and create more effective means of outreach. This site serves as a base of information and resources for you to achieve these goals.
Our Team:
Phil Graves - Owner/Designer
Out of the Mud Multimedia is owned and operated by Phil Graves.
Phil is also co-owner of ChurchMedia.net, a unique worldwide community of volunteer and paid media ministers who share knowledge and media for use by churches.
In addition to ChurchMedia.net, Phil is Multi-media Director for the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware’s Blue Ridge Baptist Association. His primary role is assisting member churches in web site design, development, print and promotional materials, worship graphics and multi-media presentations. He has a strong passion to teach people to use new media and the web to reach people for Christ.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with a minor in Bible and Communication Arts, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. He is currently working to obtain a Doctorate of Ministry in Technology.
He is married to Kristie, and is the father to Kara Brianne and Ethan Philip.

Lauren Rodriguez - New Media Strategist
Lauren joined Out of the Mud as our New Media Strategist in 2009. When it comes to new media, Lauren is an expert. Out of the Mud is happy to have Lauren on the team.
Lauren graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland in Communication. She is currently working towards a Masters degree at Johns Hopkins University. She is the Communication Manager/New Media Specialist for the Baptist Convention of Maryland/Delaware and the mother of a beautiful daughter Grace.
